Short version: Site is a free browser arcade portal. Play, enjoy, and share. Do not cheat, hack, or resell our games. That covers most of what follows.

1. Agreement

By accessing and playing games on Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. They govern the relationship between you and Site regarding the use of our portal and games. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the site.

2. The Service

Site provides free, browser-based arcade games. No account registration is required. All games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Game sessions are short, high-score driven, and require no download or installation.

3. Licence to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and play our games for non-commercial purposes. You may share game URLs and create non-commercial recordings. Commercial use, redistribution, or embedding on third-party platforms requires our prior written consent.

4. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

To keep Site fair and enjoyable for everyone, the following are strictly prohibited:

Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, memory editors, or any automated tool to manipulate gameplay or scores
Attempting to access, probe, or disrupt our hosting infrastructure or any related system
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting game source code without our prior written consent
Distributing our games commercially or hosting them under your own brand without a separate written licence
Using the site in any way that harms other people or violates applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, characters, branding, and original content on Site belong to Site and its creators. Third-party assets (such as open-licensed fonts and platform emoji) remain the property of their respective owners. Unauthorised copying or redistribution of our original content is not permitted.

6. Availability and Updates

Site is provided on a best-efforts basis. We may update games, correct bugs, or temporarily take the site offline for maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from any period of unavailability, however caused.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

The site and all games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to Site is capped at €100 or the total amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months — whichever is greater. Since the service is free, this cap is ordinarily zero. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be submitted to good-faith direct negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes proceed to binding arbitration or — where arbitration is not legally available — to courts of competent jurisdiction. Claims must be brought within one year of the relevant event.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by changing the effective date above. Continued use of Site after an update constitutes acceptance. These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Site.
